- Organized summer camps and training competition stages in Alicante, Spain, for players from more than 16 different countries
- Clients of ESM included the Bollettieri Tennis Academy, Tennis Europe, Jiang Su Tennis Team, Beijing Tennis and Administration Center and the Hubei Tennis Federation
- Created a training program tailored for the Jiang Su Tennis Team for their participation at the China Games; the program ends in 2005, having obtained a Gold Medal in Team Competition, Silver Medal in doubles and Silver Medal in mixed doubles
-Traveled several times to China to conduct numerous clinics and courses, working closely with coaches and players aiding in their development
- Organized an exhibition tennis event with the Davis Cup format in San Sebastian, Spain, between the teams of Euskadi (Basque region of Spain) and the China representation team
- Signed two Spanish players (Tati Rascon and Quino Munoz) in the Chengdu Tennis Team to compete in the National Team Championships
- Conducted clinics and courses in different regions of Spain
- Collaborated with a specialized college placement company, helping numerous tennis players obtain a tennis scholarship in several universities in the United States of America

Obtained the official Football Player Agent’s license by the “Real Federacion Española de Futbol” and FIFA

- ESM represented and promoted the image of various elite football players (some of whom were members of their national teams) and participated in their international transfer to different teams
- Prepared various pre-season campuses in Spain for different international professional football team from South Korea, China, Ukraine, United States and Poland. This included the organization of friendly matches and negotiation of TV rights and broadcast
- General Manager of the Albacete Futbol Sala (three seasons), in charge of marketing and endorsements, athlete contract negotiations, and working closely with their Head Coach in structuring their daily activities. During the time, the team went up from Second Division to the First Division
