CETA China Elite Training Academy (Shanghai, China)
• Director of Junior Tennis Programs. Managed contents, goals, schedules, venues, coaches for all the junior programs of CETA (+300 players)
• Sports Camps Director. Has developed and managed Summer Camps (500 kids each Summer) and Holiday Camps (Sports Camps, Tennis Camps, Swimming Camps)
• Head of Physical Conditioning. Designed the physical conditioning personal programs for all high performance players of the Academy (ATP/WTA/ITF)
• Senior Elite Tennis Coach. Performed a leading role on court in all Junior Levels. Has team coached all the Academy’s High Performance and Pro Players
• Coach Educator and Presenter. Presented different topics in different Coaching Education Seminars; including the ATPCA Coaches Conference at Shanghai Rolex Masters 2014
• Director of Events. Organized and delivered Tennis events for large groups at the Shanghai Rolex Masters 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014
• Helped to develop the British International School extra-curricular tennis program from the start to 140 players per week
• PE Teacher Tennis Specialist. Worked inside the British International School PE Department as a PE Teacher specialist in tennis and helped to develop a program for the school. Coached the PE teachers in technical progressions and drills for the PE students
• Tournament Director. Organized and Directed city wide junior tournaments and International inter School Tournaments
• Soft Ball Tournament Director. Organized and Directed Red Ball, Orange Ball and Green Ball 10’s Tournaments
• Talent ID Program Director. Developed a Talent ID program and implemented it in different local schools
