Amy is from Georgia, where she grew up playing junior tennis. Amy earned a Division I scholarship to Coastal Carolina University. She earned numerous honors for athletics and academics while at CCU. She was named an ITA scholar athlete, team MVP, and played in the 2007 NCAA Championships. After graduating with a degree in Sports Management, Amy immediately began teaching tennis full time. In 2012, she founded Agape Tennis Academy. In addition to collegiate tennis, Amy competed at the 5.0 and professional level in pickleball. She has won numerous gold medals at various tournaments including the Atlanta Open and several other Professional Pickleball Association events. Amy also has experience playing at the National level in Platform Tennis and has placed third in the Peachtree Invitational.

Amy currently manages 10 public tennis and pickleball facilities under Agape Tennis and Pickleball Academy in Georgia and Southern California. Agape is in Costa Mesa, California, Fountain Valley, California, Oxnard, California, Camarillo, California, Atlanta, Georgia, and DeKalb County, Georgia. She manages a staff of 185 tennis and pickleball coaches, administrators, and managers. Currently, Agape has a total of 110 tennis courts and 91 pickleball courts under its management. Agape also offers its programs to 10 different schools throughout metro Atlanta.

In the last five years, Amy and Agape have earned the following awards for tennis and pickleball center management:

  • 2023, 2024 Best of Decatur
  • 2022 Selected as a Top 15 Leader in the City of Fountain Valley, California, for economic impact and community service. Ms. Pazahanick was recognized by the United States Congress House of Representatives, California Legislature Assembly, and the County of Orange.
  • 2022 Awarded the City of Fountain Valley’s Kindness Award for dedication to the betterment and improvement of the quality of life in the community by the City Council
  • 2022 Selected as the National Public Provider of the Year by the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR)
  • 2022, 2023, 2024 Hosted the Special Olympics at Fountain Valley Tennis & Pickleball Center
  • 2020-2022 Best of Decatur
  • 2019 Organization of the Year by Tennis Media Group
  • 2019 PTR Georgia Member of the Year

Amy is certified by the USTA in Sports Science and High-Performance Player Development. She is certified in Tennis by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), Pickleball by the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), and platform tennis by the Professional Platform Tennis Registry (PPTR). Amy is also certified by the Human Performance Institute in Mental Toughness.
